Georgi Yankov holds a master’s degree in work and organizational psychology from Sofia University (Bulgaria), a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College (City University of New York), and is currently a doctoral candidate at Bowling Green State University where he specializes in psychometrics and individual differences.
Georgi has worked as a psychometrician since 2013 and has designed, adapted and standardized a wide variety of tests and scales for assessing adaptive and maladaptive personality, intelligence, creativity, integrity, job knowledge, burnout, etc.
He believes in the assessment of human capital through scientifically-proven tools which bring return of investment to businesses.
