Georgi Yankov holds a master’s degree in work and organizational psychology from Sofia University (Bulgaria), a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College (City University of New York), and is currently a doctoral candidate at Bowling Green State University where he specializes in psychometrics and individual differences.

Georgi has worked as a psychometrician since 2013 and has designed, adapted and standardized a wide variety of tests and scales for assessing adaptive and maladaptive personality, intelligence, creativity, integrity, job knowledge, burnout, etc.

He believes in the assessment of human capital through scientifically-proven tools which bring return of investment to businesses.

Tanya Todorova holds a master’ degree in work and organizational psychology from Sofia University (Bulgaria) and a master’ degree in business administration from the National and World Economy University (Bulgaria).
Tanya works as a senior freelancer recruiter in Germany with a focus on the IT sector. In Bulgaria she was recruitment manager at Adecco where she has gained extensive experience in this recruitment and headhunting. Tanya possesses expertise in areas of traditional recruitment, headhunting, and assessment centers.
